Tile & GroutCleaning

What We Clean

Ceramic, porcelain and most natural stones can be cleaned safely with the right approach. Kitchens, hallways, bathrooms, showers and utility rooms respond well once ground in soil and residues are removed. We will always test a small area first, then choose the method that suits your surface.

Why Professional Grout Cleaning Matters

Grout is porous and holds on to soil, cooking vapours and soap film. Regular mopping often moves residues around rather than removing them. Our deep clean lifts the build up from both tile and grout so colour returns and the whole room feels fresher.

How Our Process Works

We start with a close inspection and a thorough dry sweep to remove loose grit. A targeted cleaner is applied and agitated to break down stubborn film in the grout lines. For suitable floors we use controlled rinsing and capture the waste so it does not spread. Edges and corners are detailed by hand. Where limescale or rust marks are present we use specialist treatments that respect the surface. Drying is assisted with airflow so rooms are back in use quickly.

Safe products and a careful approach

Our products are child and pet friendly when used as directed. We favour low VOC formulas, water saving methods and we reuse containers within our process to cut waste. Ventilation is managed so the room stays comfortable while we work.

Sealing and Protection

Clean grout and stone benefit from a breathable sealer. This helps resist new marks and makes routine mopping easier. We will advise on the best option for your surface, from clear penetrating sealers to simple protectors for grout lines. If a colour seal is the right choice for tired grout we can talk you through the pros and cons before any work begins.
