What’s included
Our end of tenancy carpet cleaning covers carpets throughout the property as standard, with any rugs and upholstered furniture left with the let, such as sofas and dining chairs, cleaned in the same visit if you would like. Leather furniture is covered separately by our leather cleaning and restoration service. We do not offer general end of tenancy house cleaning, so for the kitchen, bathrooms and windows you would need a separate cleaner alongside us.
We choose the method to suit the fibre and the level of soiling, the same as any of our carpet cleaning jobs. That might be our dry, low moisture clean, hot water extraction for a deeper rinse, or encapsulation cleaning where a fast turnaround matters most, often the case with a fixed handover date.
Fast drying for moving day
Moving out rarely allows for carpets that take two days to dry, which is where our dry cleaning method earns its keep. A dry compound is worked through the fibres and lifted out with our quadruple filtration extraction equipment, so the pile comes back to life without the carpet being left wet underfoot. There is no soggy underlay to wait on and no need to keep furniture off the floor overnight. With a tight deadline, that difference in drying time is often why a tenant or agent calls us for end of tenancy carpet cleaning rather than a standard carpet shampoo firm.
